Information collected
When you request an Opportunity Map or contact Vero Intelligence, the site may collect your name, business name, work email, phone number, and the business challenge you describe. It also records basic campaign attribution such as the page submitted, referral page, and UTM campaign values so Vero Intelligence can understand which local outreach is useful.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your request, schedule and prepare for a working session, provide requested services, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and measure marketing effectiveness. Vero Intelligence does not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
Contact-form submissions are processed by Formspree on behalf of Vero Intelligence. Hosting, email, analytics, call tracking, or customer-management providers may also process limited information when those services are enabled. Providers are used only for legitimate business operations and receive only the information needed to perform their role.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, an ongoing business relationship, legal obligations, or legitimate recordkeeping. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
